Jonathan L. R. Drewes founded Drewes Law, PLLC after departing a downtown Minneapolis litigation firm where he gained experience representing lenders and insurance companies such as Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., U.S. Bank, and N.A., Citicorp Leasing, Inc., among many others.  Jon has obtained judgments for clients ranging from $2,500 -  $7.8 million and continues to successfully represent many clients through varying disputes over money and real estate. Jon focuses his practice toward civil litigation: the art of motion practice and presenting legal arguments in the courtroom.  Jon earned his law degree with honors from the University of Minnesota in 2006 and his bachelors with honors from Vanderbilt University (triple-major in Economics, Spanish and History) in 2003.  Jon is a member of the Minnesota and Illinois state bar associations, American Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and the Douglas K. Amdahl Inn of Court.  Jon serves as a council member on the Lakes Region Council of Advisors.
        Jon is admitted to Minnesota state and federal courts and Illinois state courts.
